Payment method

COCORO Life Vietnam offers two payment options including prepayment and cash on delivery (also known as COD), which are applicable to all customers nationwide.

1. Prepayment

  • Payment via ATM / Visa / MasterCard

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

When customers choose to pay cash upon receipt at the time of placing an order on the Cocorolife.vn website, COCORO Life Vietnam will check the delivery address of the customer against the conditions for accepting COD payment. If it does not meet the conditions for accepting COD payment, the Customer Care Department will contact the customer to guide them on prepayment. If the conditions for accepting COD payment are met, the delivery staff will deliver the goods and receive direct payment from the customer.
