Instructions for Purchasing

Cocorolife implements two payment methods:
1. Payment via ATM/ Visa/ Master card through the electronic payment gateway of Payoo Vietnam.
- Payment via ATM / Visa / MasterCard
2. Cash on delivery.

A. Delivery

1. Delivery range

Cocorolife provides nationwide delivery service.

2. Delivery fee

Transportation costs are calculated according to the delivery partner's fee schedule. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on weight and distance to the customer and will be displayed during the check-out process.

3. Delivery process

Order -> Confirmation via email -> Confirmation via phone -> Dispatch of goods -> Receipt and payment of goods.
Cocorolife.vn sends goods through a delivery service and ensures that the goods are brand new, original.
Within 7 days from the date of receipt, you are allowed to exchange goods under the conditions specified in the EXCHANGE POLICY.

4. Delivery time

Ho Chi Minh City area: 2 - 3 days.
Other areas: 5 - 7 days

5. Contact and order processing time

- Before delivery, the delivery staff will contact you in advance to confirm the address, recipient's name, and exact delivery time.
- In some promotional programs, delivery to customers may be delayed due to many orders, we hope for your understanding. Depending on the business situation, the supermarket will handle special requests from customers.

B. Returns

Conditions for returning goods
- The product must be distributed by the Cocorolife system.
- The product must be in its original box (box) with the purchase invoice, warranty card (if any), and all accessories of the product, not scratched, dented, damaged by external impact. If the case is outside the above conditions, a fee will be deducted according to the current regulations based on the Product Assessment Record.
- The name, serial number/imei must match the information on the invoice/purchase voucher
- Promotional gifts (if any). In case the customer loses/ damages/ has used it, it will be deducted according to the selling price at Cocorolife into the product exchange - return.
- If customers exchange for a different product, the new product to be exchanged must be of equivalent or higher value than the current product to be exchanged.
