• The voucher don't apply to in-store discounts (30% or more), only applicable to discounts on certain products (30% or less).
• Each voucher can only be used one time, many vouchers can be applied on the same 01 invoice.
• No value converted into cash, no refunds.
• Lock&Lock is responsible for issuing financial invoices upon customers’ requests.
• If the price of the customers order exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer must pay the difference.
• It is the customers responsibility to keep the confidential voucher card information after purchase. COCORO Life Việt Nam will not be responsible for returning lost card codes or "Used" status for any reason.
